Our Dream
We are an intergenerational movement that aims to create new employment realities for today's 3rd Act players, transforming the future of work for 1st and 2nd Act players.
We see a future of work when older people will be fully engaged in the workforce, with meaningful work, and are valued and respected as active and engaged members of society.
We identify and eliminate barriers to meaningful work and help create an enhanced sense of financial peace, purpose, and well-being for "olders."¹
We will offer an array of services to "olders" navigating the workforce terrain beyond conventional retirement ages. Our fiscally sponsored non-profit project facilitates employment, reemployment, and career extension for this growing demographic.

This will be the foundation of how the organization will assist and support you in your employment goals and journey of well-being.

will meet with you and conduct a strengths assessment, explore your lived experience, understand your life needs and aspirations, discuss employment and growth opportunities, and establish development requirements. This will lead to an employment plan in partnership with our skill enhancement partners.

will walk along with you, helping you create or update your resumes, curate an online presence, conduct mock interviews, and assist in the job search process. Here too, partners will join us in the process offering services to enhance member experience and facilitate an eventual placement.
