3rd act casting project phase 1, highlights and deliverables

 Phase 1: Design and Proof of Concept

In this first phase, we will collaborate with key players across different career stages to:

1. Define our movement’s values and community beliefs,
2. Understand the needs and goals of today’s 3rd Act participants,
3. Create a modern human capital management system tailored to older workers,
4. Design and develop the services and resources to support new career opportunities, extensions, and transitions,
5. Build partnerships with thought leaders, trainers, advocates, and service providers,
6. Identify initial locations for the project launch,
7. Develop a market launch strategy for the proof of concept,
8. Pressure test our proof of concept,
9. Secure financial backing for success.

Phase 1 Funding Goal: $100,000

This funding will help us:

• Hire a part-time project director under the leadership of the founding producer,
• Conduct a national assessment of needs and interest,
• Set up evaluation tools and performance benchmarks,
• Assemble a project design team to create the deliverables.
