We are an intergenerational movement that aims to create new employment realities for today's 3rd Act players, transforming the future of work for 1st and 2nd Act players.
We see a future of work when older people will be fully engaged in the workforce, with meaningful work, and are valued as contributing members of society.
We identify and eliminate barriers to meaningful work and help create an enhanced sense of financial peace, purpose, and well-being for "olders."¹
We will offer an array of services to "olders" navigating the workforce terrain beyond conventional retirement ages. Our fiscally sponsored non-profit project facilitates employment, reemployment, and career extension for this growing demographic.
We invite "olders" to join our movement. Bring who you are and contribute to our growing community. Tap into the support network we're diligently crafting. For this venture to truly flourish, we need your voices. We want to understand your needs, your aspirations, the employment obstacles you encounter, and the dreams that drive you. By sharing your stories, you will enable us to create a tapestry that will connect employers to your lived experience, passion, and talents.
We invite "youngers" to help design and implement the employment supports they would, one day, like to have. By engaging present and future talent, we will shape a brave new and equitable world.
We are committed to action, not only calling for change. 3rd Act Casting functions as both a community builder and a job sourcing and placement catalyst. Partnering with advocacy groups and offering skill-building opportunities through trusted partners, we empower members to reengage, achieve well-being, and be happy. Simultaneously, we forge relationships with potential employers nationwide, fostering opportunities in local markets across the country.
Embark on a 3rd Act Casting journey of community-building, employment support, and radical transformation. Together, let's redefine what it means to thrive as 3rd Act players in the American workforce.
